Q: Do you have a brochure that you can send me?
A: We don’t produce a brochure as we add new products each month and it would soon be out of date. If you are looking for something, in particular, please complete the form on our contact us page so we can help you. 

Q: Are your products VAT Exempt?
A: All of the post-surgery products on Pink Ribbon Lingerie do not have VAT included in the price published. Click here to view details on VAT exemption under group 12 of schedule 8 of the Value Added Tax Act (1994). 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: Do you charge for delivery and cover the cost of returns?

Q: Do you sell gift vouchers?
A: Not currently

Q: Are all your lingerie and swimwear suitable for post lumpectomy/mastectomy?
A: Yes, all of our products are pocketed to hold a prosthesis. We have a few bras Darcey, Primrose and Orchid that are single pockets (right or left) but is it stated clearly.

Q: Do you sell bras suitable for breast reconstruction?
A: No right now but we will be adding a range soon.

A: No, we do not have a shop we only sell online?

Q: Do you have your own brand?
A: No, we buy stock from specialist mastectomy brands from around the world and sell them to you. If you want us to stock your brand please complete the form in our contact us page with details about your products.
